  • Can I make changes to my order?
    If you'd like to request a change to an order, please use the Contact Us form ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.
  • What if I order an item that is out of stock?
    If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website or will no longer be visible on the website. We do our best to prevent the sale of products that are out of stock, but due to the digital nature of our business, the opportunity exists for an item to go out of stock after an order is placed. In the unlikely event of this happening, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded the full amount or to select another item from our website for the same value. If there is a difference in purchase value, you will be refunded the balance or you would be required to pay the difference.
  • Can you compelte a rush order?
    Occasionally we may be able to complete a rush order. Please ensure that you contact us before placing your order and let us know the order details. We will then be able to confirm whether or not we are able to complete the rush order.

We are a family-run business, so please allow for up to 24-48 hours of response time.
  • Will there be a difference in colour?
    The short answer is, yes. This is due to a variety of reasons such as lighting and the screen or monitor type they are viewed on. Please note that most of our products are handmade and variations may occur. We do our best to represent exactly what you'll be purchasing, however, colour variations may occur based on lighting as well as the device that you are using to view the product.
  • Do you deliver country wide?
    Yes, currently we operate countrywide and deliver anywhere in South Africa.
  • Can you compelte a rush order?
    Occasionally we may be able to complete a rush order. Please ensure that you contact us before placing your order and let us know the order details. We will then be able to confirm whether or not we are able to complete the rush order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, of course. You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Please send a Request in the Contact Us form. Please include your order number. If the package has already been collected by the courier company, a delivery fee will be charged and deducted from the total that will be refunded to you.
  • COVID-19 Delays
    We hope everyone is remaining healthy and safe during these special times. Deliveries may be somewhat delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions (if any). Please allow for an estimate of 3-5 working days to receive your goods.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please take note, you would be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product(s) to us (Willow & June). The product(s) need to be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. As soon as we receive the product and have processed the return, we will refund you the full amount. Alternatively, you may select another product of the same value from our store.
  • How can I return an item?
    You can request a return by contacting us with the Contact Us form or via WhatsApp 067 225 4819 or via email at infowillowandjune@gmail.com, find the product you wish to exchange or return, once you have made the request we will arrange collection or replacement.
  • How long is the refund process?
    Once we have received the returned product(s), it usually takes us about 2 business days to process the refund. Upon which, we will send you confirmation of the refund. The refund amount may take a few days to reflect in your bank account, depending on the banks used. Unfortunately, bank transfers and payment delays are out of our control.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment by the following methods: Visa or MasterCard and Instant EFT.
  • Price Changes
    Prices are based on current costs and therefore subject to change without notice. Please check the amounts before confirming your order. We will honour any price on the website providing that you have placed an order, for the particular item, before the price change came into affect.
  • What if I order an item that is out of stock?

  • Can I retrieve my login password?
    On the Login page click on the link next to 'Forgot your password?' and enter the email address that you account was registered with and click 'Submit'. We will email you a link to the email address which you can click on to reset your password.
  • Do I Need An Account To Make A Purchase?
    The short answer is, no. You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. Having an account makes it easier for us (Willow & June) to contact you. Having the account can make the checkout process faster. We would need some details from you in so we can complete your order.
