If you'd like to request a change to an order, please use the Contact Us form ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.
If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website or will no longer be visible on the website.
We do our best to prevent the sale of products that are out of stock, but due to the digital nature of our business, the opportunity exists for an item to go out of stock after an order is placed. In the unlikely event of this happening, we’ll let you know.
You will then have the option to be refunded the full amount or to select another item from our website for the same value. If there is a difference in purchase value, you will be refunded the balance or you would be required to pay the difference.
Occasionally we may be able to complete a rush order. Please ensure that you contact us before placing your order and let us know the order details. We will then be able to confirm whether or not we are able to complete the rush order.

The short answer is, yes. This is due to a variety of reasons such as lighting and the screen or monitor type they are viewed on.
Please note that most of our products are handmade and variations may occur. We do our best to represent exactly what you'll be purchasing, however, colour variations may occur based on lighting as well as the device that you are using to view the product.
